I'm Bindhu from Kerala. In March 2021, EDII's food manufacturing training empowered me to transform 'Keerthy Food Products.' Originally focused on coconut oil and honey, I expanded into masala powders and other. I shifted from a one-woman operation to having a dedicated team of three. With strategic marketing efforts and exhibition participation, I've grown our annual income from 20,000 to 120,000 rupees, becoming a valuable contributor to my family.
